"The house is located in the beautiful Emerald Isle Beach. We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. "The property looked like it had been cleaned in a rush. There were clumps of dog hair on the floor and the bed linens looked like they had dog hair on them too. The air conditioner never worked right during the stay so the maintenance tech brought air units which didn’t cool the main area, only the bedrooms.
