"The location is the key, right next to the MRT station with connecting bridge, however a bit of challenge to find the hotel elevator since the building first half (1-13F) is shared with another plaza. The the food lovers, you will love their breakfast and late evening snack. Room is spacious with good view since its high floor."

"Room and bathroom are all good size. Comfortable mattress. But wished there was choices for pillows as I prefer harder ones. Shower water pressure was excellent! The complimentary cup noodles was also very delicious. The HSR station is about 10mins taxi ride from the hotel. Price point is on the high side."

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "
