There are some lovely views, it’s in top-notch location, a wonderful village, accessible to all the best hikes and the chalet is spotless and has all the amenities you will need. One word of caution: the bedrooms are upstairs, the toilet is downstairs, the stairs are quite steep, so if you need to use the restroom at night it can be challenging."

"This is a perfect chalet. Homely and comfortable, our group of 6 adults and four children had a marvellous stay in Vars. Fantastic location - a few minutes walk from the ESF school and lifts, and minutes away from a separate area where the children could toboggan and play with snowmobiles. "We stayed for nearly 2 weeks during June in this well-appointed chalet. The huge deck at the front is a wonderful place to sit and relax, although we needed the parasol in the daytime and warm jackets at night when we sat out watching the stars. Danny was very welcoming and provided some home-made treats in the kitchen when we arrived. The area is interesting, with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports or just taking in the amazing mountain views."

"We stayed one night at “ Mon Hotel a Gap” on our way to South of France. The hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Gap surrounded by snow covered mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious with large bathroom and large sitting area. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate We will definitely recommend it"
