"Even though we had to wait a few minutes to get checked into our rooms cause the local police was there. I don't know why but didn't make us feel any type of way. The staff was friendly"

"We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned on the first day or our stay. Other than that, the manager was helpful once called when we discovered that two of the lamps were not working, and that the door in the first room we were put in did not lock properly. So, he moved us to another room. The hotel was convenient located to where we needed to go. However, the hotel could use some improvements."

"The location is great for OU! The room was clean, but next to the breakfast service, so not ideal. Decor and comfort is lacking at the hotel. The fire alarm went off in the morning without any clear communication. The breakfast wasn’t fully set out on time. "
