A mon arrivée j'ai dû demander a ce que les draps et les taies d'oreiller soient changés car cela n'avait pas été fait mais malgré tout la chambre était propre.
Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est bon mais cela manque de choix, en revanche pour les repas il y a plus de choix et la cuisine est très bonne.
Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et aux petits soins.
L'hôtel est plutôt calme et tranquille."

"When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
