"It was a cold. expensive room. You could hear the pipes when other guests were using the shower. It was an old building the coffee pot leaked. Did I mention the heater would not work and it was expensive to stay there"

The entire hotel is old and outdated — the rooms, the furniture, the bathroom — everything looks worn out and in need of serious renovation. The photos on the booking website showed a completely different picture: modern, clean, and well‑maintained rooms. In reality, nothing matched those images. When we raised our concerns at the front desk, we were told: “What do you expect for this price?” — even though the price was far from low. I consider this pure deception. Showing attractive photos online and then providing old, poorly maintained rooms is simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel. For the same amount of money, you can find much better options in Washington, DC."

"Great rooms, huge so much room which was great. There was quite a bit of road noise, our room had a white noise machine - so must have been mentioned before. Breakfast portions are huge, and very tasty. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly & helpful. Beds were very comfy & we slept well. My only moan was we would have liked a coffee machine in the room, and fresh bottles of water. We could fill these in reception, and the coffee available in reception was only for a short time in the morning. "
