The room also was very hot— the heat was working almost too well and there was no way to cool it down. The staff always very nice and the breakfast was great. "

"I booked my room 2 weeks in advance. All paid for. When I got there past midnight they said they were “sold out” on all rooms and didn’t have any rooms available because I “missed my check-in”. They placed me at a nearby hotel that was still under construction, and didn’t even have water available or a working vending machine. I was supposed to have gotten a refund and it’s almost a month later - I have not received it. "

I reserved a king bed room and got a room with two doubles with a handicapped shower that didn’t quite stream out far enough to take a shower. Also, the room was very clean but the remote was visibly disgusting. "
