"Cool property and nice host."

"This is the perfect lakeside getaway if you want to relax and enjoy time on the lake. The view of the lake is amazing and the house has all of the comforts of home. I like the short drive into town and everything (restaurants, groceries, bait and tackle, etc.) are only about a 10 minute drive from the house. I definitely will be booking this place again."

"Perfect setting for some time with family! We had hours of cards and games on the big dining table, along with good food cooked in a well-stocked kitchen. Every room is comfortable and cozy, with beautiful views of the river and lots of turkeys and deer to watch from the deck."

"The property is nice and comfortable. Some of the amenities listed are not in the house. No toys and games, no desk, did not find a first aid kit or fire extinguisher and could not park in the garage due to a large boat stored in it. Cleaning could be better."

"Enjoyed this home very much. It has a great living room to sit and visit as well as a game room so we could spread out. Close to the lake, short distance to a swimming beach. Property owner was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. We had a very relaxing weekend."

"Very quiet and safe apartment complex. The beds are wonderful, one even raises the head or feet! Restaurants, grocery store all within a short walk. The pool/hot tub/bbq area attached to the building is fantastic. It's quite spacious and has a bocce court. The unit itself was as described, great. We were in Mankato for a wedding and if we were ever to be back we would, without hesitation, stay here again."

"First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. "We enjoyed our stay at the Bell Tower. It was located near where we needed to be and the host was very good at responding to my inquiries. We were 3 couples and it was a little awkward with the connecting bedroom. It would be fine for families with kids staying in the connecting room but it was different having a couple have to walk through another couple’s bedroom in the middle of the night or while trying to get ready. There is plenty of outdoor space and parking. Overall a nice place."
