"This hotel needs a remodel. The lobby is remodeled and very nice and we felt safe because one can only enter the main lobby with their key card or calling the front desk. The halls have chipped paint, the furniture is losing its veneer, the shower misted the ceiling and water droplets collected there. "Room was not stocked with body shampoo or lotion upon arrival, didn't notice till showering. Went to front desk to let them know to please restock following day. Went out the following day and came back to only find out again that nothing was restocked. Went down to front desk again to ask for the supplies myself to take back up, after getting back to my room only to find the pump on the lotion broken. Also had the same issue with coffee for the 4 days I stayed. And no milk for my cereal....

"Supposed to have an ada room. Everything was good but it did not have a walk in shower nor a standalone shower their idea of Ada shower was to have a big bencch sitting in the tub. Not hood! Also the handle on the bathroom sink was off and put aside. We only stayed one night so we worked with it"

"The lobby and breakfast area was nicely maintained. We appreciated the fresh fruit, cookies and ice water always available in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and liked that they provided trays to take food to room. The bedroom was clean however the hallway carpets were dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed over the three days we were there. The beds were very soft and pillows were too high—no other options available. The blackout curtains were disgustingly dirty. Almost looked moldy and...
