"This is a lovely well appointed cottage, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. It is clearly a period property with low ceilings in most rooms, narrow stairs and a beam in the floor of the main bedroom. All of this adds to its charm but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and Rob the owner who lives in the adjoining property was helpful but unobtrusive. We recommend The Three Blackbirds in nearby Wooditton and any trips into...

"We loved our stay in Lavenham and right on the High Street. Everything was well positioned and easy to use. Great heating system but we didn’t need to use it much due to lovely weather. We could walk everywhere! Managed to have lunch at Chilli & Chives, Memsab, the Angel and drinks at the Greyhound."

"The Stables is a charming and spacious property. We were thrilled to find it beautifully decorated for Christmas and an amazing basket of goodies/treats that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We were disappointed to find many of the light bulbs burned out or nonfunctional, leaving no lighting in the main hallway. "We had never stayed in a pod before and I was very pleasantly surprised. The hosts had laid on everything we could possibly need and were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved the wonderful breakfast hamper. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pod is in a back garden of a house on a new estate (which we had a very nice evening walk around) but has been thoughtfully sited so it felt very private and was a lovely place to enjoy the evening sun."

"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."
