"The hotel was overall nice with warm and friendly staff and in an extremely convenient location. However, there was no safe or phone for communication which meant that every time there was an issue (not enough towels, only made one bed etc.) we would have to go down and ask them which was slightly inconvenient."

"Located in an undesirable area of town. Parking is tight and awkward as were the doors and elevators getting from the parking garage. Some of the staff were nice and helpful while others reacted to any question or request like you were impositioning them. The breakfast is just average a far better can be found right at the corner at La Femme. While Marriott tags their badge on this property, it certainly is not representative of their norm."
