"Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable home! The layout was perfect, with the master bedroom separated from the other two rooms, giving us extra privacy. There was plenty of space for our family to relax, and the charming neighborhood made it even better. Being close to downtown Chico was a huge bonus—we could explore the area easily. Highly recommend this gem!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need repair and their are some spooky spaces that made us feel a little uncomfortable but we acknowledge that it is an older home with interesting living features that make the home a good space to hang out and play games."
