10/10 Excellent

"This is a beautiful hotel that dates back decades but feels very modern in style and amenities. It appears in a novel by Graham Greene. I’ve stayed in many high end hotels, but never one with a staff at once so friendly, professional, and helpful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It also is perfectly situated next to the Cathedral and museums and near the Rhine and in a vibrant dining and shopping quarter. Stop looking at other hotels in town and see if they’re available!"

10/10 Excellent

"Came to Cologne for an event so was not at hotel much. Started with an excellent 90 minute massage and then use the spa facilities. Hot tub was a bit cool for my liking but otherwise it was awesome. Beds are super comfortable and housekeeping are very efficient. Happy I chose the Regency Club floor. Breakfast was also very good and they catered to Gluten-Free."

"No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive. Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had. We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again."
