Upstairs two further bedrooms, one with air conditioning, and another bathroom. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. Washing machine on the terrace. Private car park. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.

The Space:
Shutters, 3 air conditioners w/c, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dvd player, etc. A TV with sat-Tv in the living room and one in the bedroom on the ground floor,bed sizes 2x 1,50m x1,90m and 1x 1,40m x 1,90m with pillows 0,80m x 0,80m. Beautiful outdoor terrace with sunshade, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, charcoal barbecue and a parking space for your car.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

The Neighborhood:
The small but exclusive community Mimosa 2 consists of about 12 independent villas that share a communal pool. It is only 800 m from the stone beach Almadrava and about 1,5 km to the sandy beach "Les Deveses". Our small capital city of Denia is also only 8km away, but you don't have to go far, the village of Els Poblets is only 600m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in an hour each.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

- Only one dog weighing up to 10 kg is permitted, price: €50.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
