"Apartment is in a good area however it was not completely clean, bathroom was not clean at all…also the initial department we booked was changed at the last minute to a different close by location without any explanation"

"Amazing stay at this appartment for 4 nights. We stayed with a 4 and a 7 yo and walked everywhere. We didn’t fancy staying on Ramblas as it’s a bit too busy but this was just perfect. Close enough but peaceful. We are already making plans to go back later this year with friends. Just perfect. Thank you."

"The apartment we were allocated was not as shown on your web site. It was cramped and certainly not spacious. Total area was less than 20 square metres, The fridge was dirty and the wall paper coming away in the bedroom. Not enough room to walk down the side of the bed we had to crawl into the bed. How this could possibly be accommodation for 3 people is impossible to imagine. There was no balcony as shown on the website. All together total unacceptable for a Christmas holiday."

"It’s a great place. Nice location and very helpful staff. Only thing I would change is to have more than one set of keys as it’s very difficult to have the key in the room for electricity for some of us while some of us have to go out. Excellent place - I would stay here the next time I visit Barcelona.."
