"The staff and check in was exceptional. We received a very personal touch. The facility is amazing, the beach was also clean and very pleasant. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the facility is. The housecleaning and room service was also top notch. I'd recommend this place for anyone seeking a vacation on this part of Crete. The location is very close to Agios Nikolaos a very pleasant seaside town."

"Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned to a high standard and well stocked and organised. The hair dryer and steamer were high quality. The pool area is beautifully decorated. Loungers are limited and fully taken by 1130. The DJ and saxophone artists were excellent. Breakfast buffet has good selection and was fresh and good quality. Coffee machine rather than espresso machine with barista but acceptable. The Al a carte restaurant was disappointing. The service was fine but the food was very basic and Salty."

"Inconsistent staff experience, on first day staff was spontaneous to provide beach towels them following days needed to find people to get those towels. Breakfast a little bit too crowded and noisy with limited selection. Over priced dinner buffet option to avoid. Italian restaurant on premise had great food but again service was not at level"
