"It was a pleasure to stay there. Roman on front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Its good to see staff with customer care skills and not just robotic. Room was spacious and clean. We only had two towels and housekeeping came within minutes to replace. Bar staff were good too and it was not so busy. We ordered some food that did take a bit longer than expected but was lovely. Parking on site is good too."

"Have stayed at the Clarendon several times. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and tidy, some look a bit dated but that’s not a problem. Breakfast is excellent."

"Beautiful clean hotel. Huge bedroom overlooking the Thames. Loved it. Pool & steam room great. Breakfast great. Brilliant for a night out at the o2. Would really like to stay again in April when we are again at the O2 but price is £200 more for a Saturday night. Huge shame as I liked it so much. "
