"This house was close about 2 miles to the RiverFront Park and close to the Zoo. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The flood lights in the back was nice when returning at night but it does light up the back bedroom. The AC was felt good when we returned from dragon boating or walking the dog. Kitchen was supplied with lots of Kcups for us coffee addicts. The owner responds very quickly to issues and questions."

Nearby there's the park, and the location was good for the event at the coliseum I attended.The photos do make the place look about 5 times as big as it is, just a heads up! "The family and I were in town for a softball tournament, and in need of a place to stay. We wanted something that would accommodate us for 3 days. Amelia provided us with more than we expected. The area was quiet, the complex was gated, and the amenities were excellent. The washer for us was a definite plus! Softball uniforms are always dirty, so having this convenience made things so much easier. Thanks again for everything, Amelia!"

"The property was in a great neighborhood. Two of the restrooms were extremely small, especially the master bathroom. The property could use a thorough cleaning inside, floors and walls. The check in process was seamless as well as the communication and check out process. Overall, a nice place for a short stay."
