"The hotel and staff were exceptional! When checking in to our room, we noticed a few small ants in our bathroom. We took care of them ourselves and were not worried because there were so few. We went on our way to enjoy the Corning Glass Fest right on Market Street for the day. When we returned, we found that more ants had made their way into the bathroom. We went to the front desk and kindly just asked them if they could send someone up to spray. We went to the hotel bar for about an hour and when we returned to our room there were no more signs of ants or any odor from spraying. They took care of the small problem right away and took $20 off of our stay, which we did not ask for. This small issue in no way affected our stay and we look forward to staying at this Radisson again in the future!"

"Absolutely Amazing Stay! I had an incredible experience at this lakeside resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The accommodations were beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the cozy lounge area, where guests can unwind with complimentary coffee or tea, play games, or simply relax. The outdoor fire pit was another highlight — perfect for making s’mores, enjoying the peaceful view, and chatting with fellow travelers. And best of all, the resort is truly dog-friendly! It was such a joy to travel with our pup and feel so welcomed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a beautiful lakeside escape!"
