"We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. "

"Our stay was very comfortable perfect for a couple. Only thing that I could say was the train was closer than I expected but overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This rental was super close to downtown. Everything we had planned was just a couple minutes away. The property was nice and private with a cool industrial loft feel. Would definitely stay again. "

"The Peahen House is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Having real peacocks in the neighborhood was pretty cool. We had easy access to several major highways that made it easy to get around San Antonio. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Peahen House."

"Lots of towels - love that! Didn’t really understand TV options so a page iof directions in book would be helpful. The only suggestion i have is to add box springs to the beds. My back was sore after waking. But otherwise all was great."

"Check-in took forever due to new keyless entry system which did not work (they had to give us a key). Also, they have discontinued the morning breakfast basket so had to go out to get food. Does have some historic charm but some has been replaced with advertising. Several items in room in need of repair."
