"Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again."

"The property was lovely and really, much nicer and more attractive than the photos of the inside. Very accommodating host with thoughtful small amenities. The location, was quiet, pretty, and easily walkable to the square (for us) or Dickson St. We brought our dogs and it has a nice grassy, large yard complete with benches and a dog clean up station! We will definitely stay again."

"Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. "This is such a great location. It’s a lively area and this place is just cool. The decks are amazing, the furnishings are sharp, it’s dog friendly, and has an awesome UofA vibe. Management was helpful. The only thing I would change is they requested a form 3 hours before checkin to avoid cancellation. Wish that could’ve been taken care of days before instead of the day I’m trying to travel. No biggie at all, just a small detail I’d have rather dealt with earlier. "Local @Coler is very close to the Coler trail, restaurants, shopping, downtown and breweries. The unit is large, very clean, has a comfortable couch, large screen tv and comfortable beds. I appreciated all the little extra touches. This is a wonderful place to stay."
