"The staff at Home2 Suites Hilton Rapid City were by far the best I have ever encountered at all the Hilton’s I have ever stayed in. That ranges both home2 suites in other cities and Hilton Garden Inns in various other cities. They were quick to turn tables around at breakfast time as it gets very busy bustling tourist trying to get going on their day to Mt Rushmore and nearby attractions. We never sat at an able or chair that were dirty or sticky from syrup as we have had to in other Hiltons. Also they were kind to provide water to us as Gold Member."

"This was a quick overnight stay but it was comfortable, clean and right off the highway. "

There was a bus full of people there the same days we were there, but the hotel staff told us to wait until after 8:30 in the morning and we wouldn't run into them in the breakfast room. And they were right!! The staff was very, very helpful."
