"The overall rating is positive, but some asepcts can be improved.The information pack needs replacing.The bottom fridge drawer needs replacing - it was falling apart.The broken fitting on the upstairs shower needs replacing.There were no oven gloves.There was no cheese grater - we bought one and have left it for others to use.The light in the downstairs did not work.The conservatory lights did not work.The recycling needs to be re-organised. It was not clear how it should be sorted, where it should be taken to and there were no bio-degradable bags for food waste.One tea towel for 9 people for 8 days is clearly inadequate.Lastly, the whole house was too warm and it was not possible to reduce the control level any further. The shower room needed an open window, but that was not possible,"

"Hotel is centrally located, grocery store nearby and for us it was near the Herra Hakkarainen talo as well. We have a two year old and got a big room that provided not only infant travel bed but infant table and chairs. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great as well. It's a simple setup and older building, only drawback is no elevator + rooms are on upper floors. But it's perfect for what we needed. Parking in inner courtyard lot was fine too."
