"Loved it! Everything was perfect. Loved the interiors and the outside! There’s a master bedroom with a view to the backyard, which was the best part. "

"The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

"We stayed 5 days in this beautiful home. Some minor details need looked at, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful the whole time, great communication. The pool was hot, the backyard was fun, and it's really nice to have a bathroom specifically outside for the pool area. "We had a great time at the property swimming, cooking, playing games, etc. the property manager was very quick to answer to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again is we are ever down in the area. 17 people stayed comfortably in the house. "

We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. "First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...
