"We have stayed in this building previously because we visit family on KB, and it is a great location with all the amenities. So easy to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Will stay again! One suggestion, have beach towels or tell people they need to bring them."

"We loved the location and the property itself ( nice tiki bar ) but were unlucky with windy weather- this may have been why there were no fish to be caught on 3 of the nights - this was one of the main reasons I chose this property , also Florida has been hard at work blocking off any pullover spots to fish along the roads so we probably won’t be returning to the keys again- but if you are looking for a chilled little unit in a quiet location this ticks many boxes. "We highly recommend this property. Our extended family met here for a vacation to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. It is conveniently located near both and within 10 minutes of plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and grocery stores. The yard was the most enjoyable - lovely garden and pool. "
