Minimum age for primary Guest is 25. Photo ID for verification is required. Parties or events not allowed. Bedrooms layouts: 1st Floor Master with Queen Bed with attached bath (whirlpool tub); 1st Floor Bedroom with Queen Bed; 1st Floor Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds - One full on the bottom and one twin on the top of each bunk bed; 2nd Floor Master with Queen Bed - attached bath (second bathroom door to living area); Loft bedroom, spiral stairs, with Queen Bed. There is also a sleeper sofa for overflow.

The home is professionally managed by the VanDyke Agency LLC. Cleaning is handled by a professional cleaning company to ensure quality. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is taking place between each arrival. We provide towels, washcloths, and toiletry items! Beds are made and set with mattress covers, sheets, and pillow cases. Kitchens are stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy!
