"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"People who said the area was dangerous must have been living behind a gated community their entire lives never leaving their rooms. If this is bad they should go head to San Francisco downtown. Nice area, nice place."

"Issues we had were fixed fast. Had parking for several cars as was needed. Fear not the look of the area, the locals were very nice. Walmart in walking range and was able to make a nice meal in the location."
