"Ally was at the front desk when I checked in. My brother and his wife checked in just ahead of me. Ally was super friendly and welcoming to both my brother and myself upon check in. She made sure we got our warm cookies and she was fun to work with."

"This was nothing specific against the property. There were multiple children's baseball teams staying there and they acted like animals in all the public areas, including the dining room. They were very slow to clean up after them. Not that they should have had to, as it was their parents job to keep them in line! But as a fellow guest, the dining area was pretty disgusting by that point."
