"Our room was clean but the shower didn’t drain so my family had to take a shower in each others dirty water. As for the pool it was ok but definitely overran by little ones. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. "

"Parking was probably the only half way decent thing. AC didn't work rooms were terrible(dirty, filthy). Staff were rude and refused to give me any clean linen. Pool wasn't working, secure store check out was never working. A manager was never accessible. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS FOR A NIGHT!"

"Good room condition, additional charge for parking (thought was included in quote price), staff was very helpful. Other guests noisy with children."

"Paid for a suite and it was in fairly poor condition. Portions of the ceiling were cracked and looked like they could fall in. The footrest in the shower had also broken and was hanging. There was also pink mold in both the shower and the mini fridge."

"Check in was a bit chaotic there was an event going on in the event room so there were a lot of people right in the main area. The staff wasn’t rude but they were dealing with some difficult people so they weren’t exactly in great moods. The hotel room was very compact, small, and cramped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable we slept well. I wasn’t a fan of my barely lukewarm shower in the morning. Having a restaurant attached is handy we didn’t eat there but convenient it was there. "
