"My husband and I stayed in two of the units in this locations, and loved both of them. We were out and about most of the time we were there so we didn’t spend much time there but they were both perfectly clean and comfortable to sleep in. Josh is great with communication and responding in a timely manner. He and his wife go above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. We will likely be staying again if/when we make it back over that way. "

"We stayed for two nights for Hillbilly Days in Pikeville. It was close to the activities yet kind of out by itself to get privacy. It was very clean and well maintained. It had a nice outdoor area for relaxing outside too. I had good communication from the host and he answered all of my questions. Would stay here again. "

"We loved our stay @ Comfort Inn in Grundy. Staff was amazing, room clean, breakfast was wonderful. This location worked out great for us to use as our home base for riding Spearhead Trails. Bellacino's was our go to place for dinner, as there are not a lot of choices, which worked out okay by it being in walking distances and the staff & food there was also wonderful. Would stay here again if in the Grundy area."
