Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with plenty of linens. perfectly located for walking to restaurants, downtown and to the flea market (just behind the house). "Wonderful house — the only thing missing was washcloths and dishrags. Beds were comfy. Very nice! Our family of 14 stayed there and had a great time. Took our pontoon and had fried fish one night. Great Lake — very big - very clean. Enjoyed our time. Very nice people to work with"

"The home was very clean and decorated in an inviting, down-home way. It is charming just like the title indicates. The property is well maintained, including the outdoor spaces. We loved the front porch, as well as the back patio, where we enjoyed playing games under the shade of the tree. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. "Communication was great. Yard should have been mowed or at least kept up. Plus garbage was overflowing from previous renter. It worked well for our weekend at ND. My biggest issue was that the one bath was very small, especially with the options to have a number of people stay. We had 4 adults and it worked but not ideal situation."
