My daughter and I stayed in Honeymoon Haven bc we liked that there was a jacuzzi in the room to help with sore muscles after her gymnastics meet. The porch and garden areas are wonderful to sit, relax and have conversations. Our breakfast was very good with good conversation around the dinning room table. "the estate is beautiful. our bathroom was super small with the toliet right over your knees . water pressure in shower was great. the bed super comfy slept like a rock. didn't know it was the 3rd floor. lol Not good for people with bad knees. Breakfast awesome. The people that work there super nice also. great location. "

"This place was beautiful & the breakfasts we had were amazing! Only problem we had is our key unlocked the front door so anyone could get into our room, and there was no inside lock on our room or washroom, which was a bit uncomfortable for us."

"So tranquil and quiet. Perfect spot for centering and prepping and then recovering after a full day of off site work responsibilities. Appreciated wait staff guarded alone and quiet time for me to eat alone. Enjoyed the flowers around the property and walking each evening saying hello to the horses and barn cats. "The room was lovely, and the whole experience was just great. Two suggestions. A reading light on both sides of the bed was sorely missed, and lighting in the bathroom was dim. I must admit I looked terrific in the miror, but putting on makeup was a challenge. Aside from that, Steve and KJ, you get five stars. Best, Enid and Paul"

"The place is beautiful. I’ve only stayed there for one night on a work trip, but I got to enjoy the outdoors with a coffee in the afternoon, an amazing home cooked breakfast and a lovely chat with the owner. The room was exactly as pictured, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was so cute! It’s a real bed and breakfast, you feel home and welcomed. A unique property that’s worth a stay!"

"While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...

"House & grounds are beautiful. They aren’t kidding! Stairs are steep! Very comfortable stay. Could not get response from my notes to owners regarding a few questions, but did receive two informative form emails from them while we were there. Overall, good stay."
