Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. "I love how the hotel has social things going on, having a reception in the evenings to get people in the atrium. And the breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a hotel ! Only bummer was distance from airport but the amenities is worth it. "
