"We loved many things about our stay, but some things need to be noted given the premium price: 1. The showers have a hose, you need to hold with your hand, so showing is difficult. With that, one of the showers only produced cold water so for 6 people we were a little confined. I saw many comments years ago about this very issue, shame they haven’t installed shower heads as that’s a cheap fix. 2. The property is near a bush and we did see mice and many creatures running through the kitchen even...

"Stayed over Easter, great property with so much to do…table tennis, basketball, golf, pool table, swimming and for night time, a great fire pit…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well kept"

"This accomodation is exactly as you see. Very comfortable and has everything you will need. Beautiful surroundings, the bird life is amazing. The only thing I would say is to prepare yourself for is the property grounds hold water so it’s a bit boggy in parts which brings mosquitoes. Close to beautiful beach’s."

"Location was good, being walking distance to One Mile Beach and the sand dunes. There were also a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. The accommodation was not very clean. There was a smell of dog, sticky carpet, stains and lots of dust behind the mattresses and in the toilet area. Price was reasonable but even for an older furnished house the cleanliness issue was not expected."

"Property had everything you need but the view from, and size of, the front deck is spectacular. Only downside was parking which was available but awkward especially for two vehicles. Property managers were excellent to deal with."

"Great stay at this house. Plenty of space. Managed to get a Woolworths delivery which helped! Mobile reception was bad but we were fairly warned. Saw lots of whales and dolphins. Really beautiful."

"Wonderful place for a spring break for our family with two older teenagers. We especially enjoyed the living area and eating breakfast on the wide covered deck with great views. Easy walk to the lake and short drive to beaches and bushwalks. Lovely renovated, well stocked home and friendly hosts."

"Property was exactly as described, with the addition of a wonderful candle! The unit is warm (or cool), cosy and clean inside and out. Situated between beaches and village, its location is just perfect. Given an opportunity, I will definitely return!"

"Resort has everything you need especially if you have kids. Pool is amazing, tennis court and games room available too. The cottages are well equipped. Wardrobes were not vacuumed on the inside when we got there but other than that clean and comfortable even if it’s a little dated. Perfect for what we were after, and accommodated for a late check out as we have a baby. Great location. Would come again. "

"Only reason I gave 4 stars was there were so many mosquitoes. We just could not enjoy sitting outside or even for a walk in the park. I have never seen that much mosquitoes before. "
