"Be careful!!! Airport shuttle is only available during VERY limited hours, which is buried within their description. This is why they immediately email you the hours after booking, because they know they’re being deceptive. When you reply that you need a shuttle outside those hours, they will not refund you. Also, the air conditioning leaked into the room and dripped a ton of water. We had to forgo A/C so that we didn’t hear “drip drip drip” all night."

But what really disturbed me was the fact that the pool was not operating. No reason was provided for this. I was really looking forward to a good swim before a 12-flight. The restaurants were nearly empty and it was easy to understand why; the prices were exorbitant. For $500 US per night, you'd think they could at least include breakfast in the fee. ILike most guests, I simply walked back to the airport and bought food there. Given that the Sofitel is the ONLY airport hotel, they are able to get away with charging so much for so little."
