"San Sebastián is a beautiful beach town. This accommodation is tight. Parking was horrible most of the underground parking have been turned into residential only. I got lucky using tel park app to get a spot, forget about street parking"

"Did not expect it to be three flights up in what seemed to be a residential building. Staff was helpful and so close to the beach, which was wonderful. Room was ok, best described as a pure efficiency room, though clean. Fantastic location, particularly in the summer. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Pension BUENPAS. The accommodation is situated in a very central location, just a 5-minute walk from La Concha, allowing us to explore all the key attractions on foot. The room and amenities are basic but perfectly suited for short stays. Both the room and shared spaces were immaculate. Jon was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. We will definitely choose to stay here again on future visits to San Sebastian."

"Loved the location. Daniel greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The only issue was that there isn't a 24-7 concierge available at a desk, but we were given a # to call if we needed anything."

"The concierge, Ana, was amazing and gave us the most helpful recommendations for our stay. The location was unbeatable—just one block to the beach and 2 blocks to the old town area, without being in a loud area. Would definitely stay there again!"
