HIRU UHINAK HOTEL

"This is a fabulous hotel with lovely high-end touches (such as Penhaligan's products in the bathroom, restocked mini bar, luxury sized bath). We were so happy to stay there, the room was furnished beautifully - we were constantly googling items to find out where they were from! The spa area is LOVELY and was a welcome retreat, especially as we had a day of rain during our stay. Deba is very small, so easy to get around, but this hotel was in a great location right opposite the beach. They provided beach towels and i think i saw another couple take deck chairs from the hotel too. Service was great and the place was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff, we have a wonderful 3 days in Deba."

"The pool is actually smaller that it looks like on photos. The lying chairs around the pool are too few for the number of people. But other than that very clean water, regular water samples are taken for analyses."

"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room. Room/hotel were accessed using a key code which worked well when returning from an evening meal. A bonus is the private parking in the hotels subterranean car park for 10 euros a night. All in all a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful. Beasain is a delightful town for an evening stroll with some interesting historical features."

"Such a lovely hotel, breakfast and dinner were amazing! Loved that it was a smaller hotel, very quiet and great views. The staff could not have been more helpful, booking reservations for us and even offering to take us to the bus stop. This was the highlight of Zarautz."

"Location is perfect but if you’re driving, parking is a vey problematic, they don’t have a garage so you’ll be subjected to fight for a parking spot especially the weekend. The hotel itself is as advertised , old and charming. So no A/C , rooms are spacious and clean and the staff made up for all the inconveniences, very accommodating and helpful . I’ll still consider staying here next time"
