"The people working there are all so friendly and helpful. They are in the process of updating outside of building. The hotel is very clean. It is an older hotel. It was nice for the price."

Biggest issues were the bathroom was dirty, had bugs and someone's used soap out, my room was poolside and the screaming and music went on well past 10 pm and while this isn't on the facility there was apparently some parties going on because I had drunks bounce off my door a few times."

"The property is beautiful with wonderful views of Chatuga Lake. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable . The bed was so-so on comfort. My room could use some sprucing up due to age. I think being surrounded by large magnolia trees, the balcony doors do not appear inviting. I would stay again because it was clean and the price was better than other hotels. "
