"The hotel and the entire complex appear neglected, without any maintenance for the past decade, resulting in a deplorable condition. Despite its size, the hotel only has two functional elevators, and there is a shortage of sunbeds. While the quality of the food and snacks was not terrible, the extensive waiting times and the absence of juices and non-alcoholic beverages made the stay extremely unsatisfactory."
"Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded."

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever!
I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!!
1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working.
2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds.
3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green .
4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap.
5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room
6. The food is horrible , no service at all,
7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English.
8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies.
I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort."
