"Such a diamond in the rough. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous. I was accidentally assigned a smoking room, and there was no alternative avaliable. They were apologetic and when we decided to check it anyways, you could barely tell, even for 2 non-smokers. Buffet dinner, as usual, was excellent and the service was great. "

"It really gives the feel of being out in the woods but still having modern comforts. Close to nature and away from a bustling city. Just down the road is Ellicottville and all it has to offer, but you always have the porch with a good view to go back to."
