"We got an upgrade to a bigger room and it was amazing. Only there 2 nights but swam at the pool and the fire and ice bar was great. Ate at the HK restaurant and food was delicious and great service. It's an older establishment but well maintained. We didn't use but they had a gaming room and a movie theater which I thought was a great addition for the kids."

"We were initially impressed with the size of the room including a couch. Went to put our drinks in fridge but had to wipe it out first. The television had issues with volume. Staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still did not work. Next day another staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still not work. The television was eventually replaced. I also cut my finger on toilet handle. It was also replaced. There was little hot water so my and my son's showers were quick and luke warm. The staff was friendly and did fix issues except hot water. There was a little of a language barrier as well."

"I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall."

"The stay was great, but getting the 8 rooms that I booked sorted, was not. I put the rooms under the travelers names to make check-in easier for them. It was very difficult to get the person at the desk to understand that I was putting all 8 rooms on my credit card. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt for the 8 rooms, but that was a no go. I needed that receipt to get reimbursed. I will have to figure out another way to do something that should have easily been done."
