The spa was absolutely top-notch, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. A special mention must go to Leanne in the spa, whose exemplary customer service made our visit even more memorable. The heated outdoor pool was a real treat, such a unique and relaxing touch. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Every bite reflected the same attention to detail seen throughout the rest of the hotel. The staff, without exception, were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their dedication and friendliness truly set The Retreat apart. GREAT food and fabulous staff and the hotel is in a beautiful setting. Really worth being based here to travel to Oxford and surrounding areas. "
