There is a parking lot near the property that will give you a special discount to park, but it needs to be done at least 24 hours before. The room has AC that works, it also has a great hair dryer, and has washer/dryer. Our room had a small kitchen."

"It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though. "

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
