"I arrived at 23.00 at the bus station snd got lost, even with a taxi couldnt find this place. But if you sat Serpes, its easier to find. The room is basic like a nun's room but i didnt mind it as it was comfortable and had a sink. I felt asleep pretty quickly as i was so tired so i must have felt relaxed enough to do so, even being next to reception. "Check in was tough. Needed to have neighboring businesses call to get access (we didn’t have cell service). Listed office hours were not attended. We never saw an “office”. When we did find staff, he was friendly but ultimately didn’t help much. Beds not particularly comfortable. TV was missing from wall mount. "

"Very well placed within easy walk to historic centre. Pleasant welcome from nice staff. Property has a lot of stairs. Good size room, comfy beds but pillows rock hard! Curtains needed attention as they were not completely attached to the rail. Nice bathroom. Air conditioner very old and not very efficient, took hours to cool the room to 20 deg. THERE IS NO WIFI in rooms & a very poor signal in reception. This should be amended on the description. This was value for money."

"It was a basic room , it was clean in a great location . Also had to get through two security doors so very safe . Again if you want to be near old town for a couple of days I recommend . A supermarket across the road and great selection of restaurants and cafes underneath . A 5-10 min walk from the Alcanzar "

Nice hotel
"Hotel is nice, close to the historic center .The reception people are very professional, nice and willing to help you with everything. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary goods and sparkling wine is very good ideas and well received. Bathroom is big and comfortable with the shower and bath tub. The parking is not on the premises but they help you get the car there and it's just one minute walk. Very nice hotel and service. "
