"The apartment is nice and functional. Three bedrooms, one sea facing, and another has corner sea view. Third bedroom is facing the front. Living room and kitchen is facing the Mediterranean and feels light and airy. The terrace/balcony has kind of 270 degrees of sea view and to be honest is mesmerising. The kitchen is quipped with all necessary appliances and crockeries should one feel the need to cook. Definitely recommending. The parking is not adjacent to the apartment but an allocated garage...

"Sabine was there to greet us and show us around. She was very friendly and got back to us really quickly if we had any questions. We had a problem with our flights and had to change the reservation - Sabine was great, she changed it immediately without complaint. The flat itself was spotless and beautiful. The location is amazing and we loved being able to eat out on the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was perfect for our family with two teenagers."

"This property was definitely not suitable for holiday accommodation our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1.30 a.m. We had to pick up the key in one area of the town and walk to another area as there did it seem to be any taxis. We had had no previous Iousnindication it was on the 4th floor and the lifts did not work at night. It was overlooking busy railway line and busy docks.."

The location of the apartment was lovely, but the ongoing renovations in the building with visible debris were a noticeable disruption, with dusty common areas and unexpected entries into our apartment. "The location of this property is fantastic. Steps to the beach. Great views of the ocean as well as the fun filled streets. Very secure. Even tho the property is in a very busy section of town, it was really easy to shut out the excitement (and possible noise) of the street and beach. As far as the apartment, it need some help with daily supplies. There were TWO drinking glasses. We had access to the oven altho there were no cooking pans suitable for the oven. "The apartment was very affordable and the location was relatively quiet. It has no air conditioning, but it is not hot at the beginning of June and you have a pleasant air from the sea. We had a great view of the sea and the beach from the balcony. Facilities were very good and very clean. The service of Villa Service was very courteous and friendly.
