The property needs little things here and there Nighttables (none in the Master) Trash cans in bathrooms No cutlery knives (perhaps someone took them???) Detailed instructions on Wifi, TV, oven, would be nice. Had to reach out a few times to figure things out."

"Bright, clean beautiful condo. My kids love the pool and we love that it is walking distance to the beach. Nice that there is a convenience store at the bottom of the condo where you can buy a SIM, some bottled water and basic groceries. Thank you Rodrigo!!"

"Apartment was exactly as listed. Being able to walk across the road to the beach is fabulous. Listening to the birds and surf in the morning is very calming. Really, the only thing that could be better, is having a couple of restaurants within walking distance. A car rental is a must if exploring, as apartment is far from the main road to catch buses."

"Amazing condo in a very safe and well run building. The unit was nicely appointed and the balcony was spacious and provided stunning views of the Pacific. The entrance door needs some repair as it can be difficult to lock/unlock. Pictures and wall adornments should be secured more permanently to the walls - when the breeze blows things can fly around. Nevertheless, an amazing condo!"

"Donna was easy to work with, communicated frequently, and the condo met all of our expectations. It was well appointed, beautiful views, and wonderful pools to choose from. Both restaurants were good. We enjoyed our time there. On a more specific note, the ocean is not super great to swim in. We are use to the Caribbean sea and our beautiful lakes in Michigan. The beaches were sand, no shell, rock, or Seaglass hunting there. The wind was extremely strong the entire time we were there, but...

"I had the pleasure of staying here, as Luis was an amazing host and Jorge the property manager gave us a thorough tour of the property and showed us around. Extremely peaceful and relaxing being the last property on the road on what feels like a really exclusive private beach area right where the river meets the ocean. Great Jungle and ocean views, for an inexpensive stay, you cannot beat it!!! Highly recommend!"

"This is a hard one because we've stayed in many 5 star rentals and this one just didn't measure up. Toilet ring. Ant infestation. No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Host was friendly and helpful but somehow it just didn't suit us."

"We had a very nice stay at Cabanas Potosi. The host was was very helpful and communicative and made things easy for us. The place has a lovely garden. There are only four rooms I think, which makes for a quieter stay. If you are looking for something super fancy then this place is probably not for you. We will recommend this place to others."

"Property is beautiful and house is huge, great for large family. Pool area is very nice but listing does not mention the property is very steep and there are 80+ steps to get down and up from there. Also listing is inaccurate and shows the property is right in town, when it’s actually 7 or so kilometres out of town, and a car is necessary. Great house and grounds, lovely scenic area but be aware of listing inaccuracies."
