"If you are looking for an all inclusive in Cartagena then look no further. Not many hotels in the area offer all inclusive like in other countries. This hotel is located on the beach which is the best thing since it is semi private. As a tourist trust me this is what you want. Public beaches are crowded and full of vendors trying to hustle you. The food is plenty and all day so you never go hungry. It has two large pools thatvare well maintained. One for planned activities, children, and pool parties. The other side is great for reading and relaxing which is considered the quiet area. The only downside is the pools do close at 7pm, and they clear you off the beach at 6pm sharp. Perhaps since it's family friendly environment. I have been to other all inclusive in other countries and you have access until 10pm. Another downside is not everyone speaks English so you should brush up on your Spanish or have your Google translate ready. I speak Spanish so it didn't affect me much, but I can see others struggling. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Only downside no streaming services on the TVs so bring your firestick . They just have local cable. The last thing a foreigner should know it is located outside Boca Grande and the walled city. It is ab"
