"Great location, nice and clean rooms equipped with the usual facilities. There was no coffee machine in my room (not sure about other rooms), but the main lobby has coffee and tea in the morning. I needed hot water, and when I asked for it, they promptly sent a kettle to my room. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Market St. and BART. Will definitely come back again. "

"A Charming Gem in San Francisco – 10/10! I absolutely loved the antique charm of this hotel, it felt like stepping into a piece of history. The happy hour was a whole vibe with great music, stunning aesthetics, and a fun bartender and server who made the experience even better. The staff throughout my stay were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. A surprise highlight was the gym! I wasn’t expecting one, but it had everything I needed and got the job done. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was super comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring. What truly set this place apart was the character and history. Knowing the hotel was featured in Alfred Hitchcock’s Vertigo added such a cool layer to the atmosphere. The artwork and overall vibe were a solid 10/10. Highly recommend this spot if you’re heading to San Francisco. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip! "
