"There were no staff at the front desk ever. That was somewhat expected as it was described as digital check in. However, we only saw 1 staff person on our last day. - when we checked out. There was no response to several messages I left through WhatsApp."

"Staff was fantastic, super welcoming and helpful. Room was dated and had a bad smell. For the romantic mountain view room I would've expected better - if a couple were honeymooning there the smell would've been a huge turn off. The room has limited amenities but front desk had hair dryers etc. Restaurant was fantastic."

"The facility is nicely kept with period accents. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was large and great water pressure. It is centrally located to reach eateries and shopping. Staff was very helpful and assisted with needs. Second time. Will return."

"This hotel probably gets 4 stars due to having the spa (extra €57 per room) and other amenities. But it's a country hotel in a fantastic location with outstanding views of the lake. A reasonably priced restaurant (best to book) serves good food and the breakfast buffet provides an excellent selection but is very Spanish which works for us. i would stay here again."
