The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay welcoming. I especially appreciated the location. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing, and the common areas were beautifully designed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service was consistently attentive. "Very nice hotel. Very clean. Odd entrance, coming in off the street into a very small with stairs and an elevator to get to check-in. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Excellent breakfast buffet with a good combination of local and international food options. Lots of fruits. We were thankful for a washer/dryer being available. My only disappointment, we were on a lower floor, where our view was mostly air conditioning units, partially blocking a nice volcano view. Very close to the MultiPlaza Mall with many restaurants and high-end shopping opportunities. Recommend. "
